Dr. Bernstein has been supporting professional educators - senior and leadership management and teachers - parents and children over the world for the last 40 years.
Originally trained as a Secondary School French teacher, at London University, he went on to complete an MA in Modern Languages and Literature in Education. He holds a PhD in French grammar and his research has had ramifications for a multitude of educational initiatives.
As a teacher trainer, he has run many professional development courses, seminars and residential training conferences.

He hosts parenting workshops , and personal mentoring sessions where he empowers people, young and old, to deal with their issues.

Dr. Bernstein commutes abroad to service schools and families as well as delivering online Zoom classes, training programs and workshops, both 1:1 and in groups.

'Zeide' (Dr. B) entertains children with a free, live 20 minute story accompanied by simple animations over Zoom. He then encourages the participants to share the lessons they learned from the story. To date, he has reached thousands of children around the world. Stories are also available as
Video (MP4) and Audio (MP3) formats.
​Dr. Bernstein and his wife Janice live in Jerusalem near to their children and grandchildren.
